The Mission of StimulatedYet.com is to effect our own private sector stimulus package -- a social experiment where small businesses help small businesses directly. Our "stimulus fund" will be used to build websites for "stimulus recipients": start-up businesses, long-standing businesses that have fallen upon hard times and non-profit organizations. The "stimulus fund" will be amassed through sales to businesses and organizations that would like to contribute to the cause ("stimulus providers").

The idea was transparency. If the Obama administration was spending $797 billion as stimulus money to jump-start the economy, end the recession and bring down the unemployment rate, U.S. taxpayers had a right to know where the money was going.
